Destroy All Software: Screencasts for serious developers

By Bob on

A short post to share that I just subscribed to the Destroy All Software Screencasts …

9 dollar a month is a fair price for the great quality of the screencasts. Just watch the example screencast  and you see what I mean. However, what made me really sign up was the perfect mix of tools, development and programming: it has a lot of Ruby, Unix, Vi(m), TDD, and Git. So yes “for serious developers”.

New here? You might want to subscribe to my blog by email or RSS.

It is amazing to see the efficiency with which the author (Gary Bernhardt) uses his toolset. The videos are dense and the topics advanced, I think I will learn a lot the coming months :)

More info can be found on the website (by the way, this was again a good spotlight from the sitepoint podcast, a web dev podcast I can recommend as well).

Still not convinced? See Gary Bernhardt’s talk on Unix.
