Sitepoint live courses
This is a great form of learning: videos, reading, forum, live chat sessions. I did the php and js ones, very good materials and sitepoint is expanding rapidly. There is a good offer $ 15 for both html5 and css3. HTML5 has already started but the course material doesn’t run away.
Adding some progressive enhancement
Playing around I disabled CSS and Javascript on my site: Hm.. what’s the problem? Well .. it is presentational stuff that shouldn’t show up in a html-only view.
